Also, this unit handles the entire corporation’s SMNBD related tasks. Its activities extend across different departments, including R&D projects, product development and management.
The SMNBD Studio’s common goals are: growing the business, increase a firm’s visibility, growth, and profitability. It determines the best strategy for communicating the firm’s message, building strategic partnerships/alliances with existing and new clients, and creating an up-to-date database on industry trends.
The Studio ensures efficient operation and financial stability through revenue growth. It is in charge of producing expected revenue, setting goals for instrument sales and service sales for each project. It creates and promotes campaigns and events. Conducts market analysis, identifies rising business opportunities. Additionally, SMNBD Studio develops new business lines, new sales channels, new products/services, including platform sales, new partnerships in existing or new markets, which can all lead to either a merger or acquisition.
