Company

InnoStudio Inc. is a member of the Darholding company network, one of the largest technology networks in Central Europe.

The organization was founded in the 1980s and has corporate headquarters in Europe and the USA. Its companies focus on research driven by flow chemistry, and they provide
products and services to 75 countries. They have been honored with the prestigious RD 100 Award (also known as the “Technical Oscar”) three times.

Recognizing the importance of climate-friendly agriculture, the Darholding group began developing advanced plant protection product formulations in the early 2010s. Using this
technological platform, InnoStudio Inc. has developed innovative formulations of plant protection agents, reducing the required application amounts by 30-70%.

In 2024, following a comprehensive reorganization and recapitalization, InnoStudio resumed its operations, reaffirming its commitment to a sustainable future.

InnoStudio’s wide-ranging services include proof-of-concept formulation studies, pilot-scale manufacturing, and technology licensing. With the launch of new services and the
introduction of its product pipeline, InnoStudio has made remarkable progress in redefining compound formulation.

Partnering with AgroThetis provides access to cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions that can enhance the efficiency and sustainability of pesticides.
